The upstream provider that this wraps aminueza/terraform-provider-minio has switched its license to AGPL-3.0, a copy-left license. Because of this, we have stoped upgrading this provider.

We will continue to release bug fixes as necessary.

Due to pulumi/pulumi-minio#200 we are
currently uable to upgrade the Pulumi MinIO provider.

We should not continue to check for upstream updates that we cannot
take.

Part of pulumi/upgrade-provider#221.

Due to #200, upgrades on this provider are currently blocked.

We accidentally turned on upgrades globally in ci-mgmt; this setting
allows us to continue skipping.

Closes #498 as wontfix.
