Bump CVA6 to pulp-v2.

Todos:

  • Verify Linux Boot
  • Verify PPA
  • Switch back to pulp-platform's CVA6 and FPU

  • Re-parametrize the design with parameters from CVA6 pulp-v2
  • Bump AXI version to a working one

PMPs in CVA6 returns make the exception signal depend combinatorially
on the mmu_req from the accelerator.
