Notes

• 575 GB known + 32 open reels, probably shouldn't push over 1 TB.
• Access controls: Many under copyright. Dark or restricted by IP addresses in the reading room
• These are the new primary copy; should be treated like born-digital
• Access is administrative (Plum) only, and then links are shared w/ patrons.
• Description is of sets of files and then labels per file.
• CSV files (row per file) with tech MD as described in RFP
• One bag per archival collection (eight in pilot; probably means eight collections in Plum)
• Hydra team would like to view sample Bags/CSVs from potential vendors

Questions

• Do we (systems) want / care about Mezzanine and MP3 files. Largest files ~2GB for now. Do we want a mezzanine file?
