I am creating this pull request to update the .CW block in the ICANN section.

This PR did not add or remove any entries in the .CW block.

Steps taken to verify information from the authoritative source:

1. Started at the IANA page: https://www.iana.org/domains/root/db/cw.html and identified the registry website for registration services http://www.uoc.cw/cw-registry
2. Located email address and sent the inquiry
3. Received response from ".CW Registry Curaçao @UoC" <[email protected]>

Is incorrect, since we are not using una.cw neither una.net for our systems.

In the Public Suffix List, we currently have the following entries for .CW
