Might be tricky/require lots of work... Reload tasks are rather complex as they can be triggered in several different ways, have one-to-many and many-to-one relations etc.
We'd need to find a way to represent this in an Excel file in a good way. But it would be useful even with a basic import feature, might want to start there.
