In some countries like Israel the week starts on Sunday instead of Monday.

This leads to did this week reports to consider task done on Sunday as done in previous week.

As a manager having people in countries with different first day of the week I would like to be able to configure the first day of the week within the configuration file.

Sounds like a nice feature and should not be hard to implement. I guess it will be very similar to the quarter option. Pull requests are welcome! :)
