docs: fix cosmovisor quickstart (cosmos#9730)

Automatically create a copy of [Cosmovisor Quickstart](https://docs.cosmos.network/v0.43/run-node/cosmovisor.html) from [Cosmovisor README](https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/blob/master/cosmovisor/README.md) and minor fixes to Cosmovisor README.
