Remove topic options are disabled for topics, where topic-name starts with underscore (). what are the options to enable delete for topics, where name starts with underscore ().

The internality flag is being defaulted to a single underscore character now. Can be overridden with "kafka_clusters_internalTopicPrefix" property.
