Reaction selector is not updating

Steps to reproduce:
Change the reaction to one that is not the first.
Change the NPC.
The Action is reset when there is no action.
But if you go to one that has a reaction, selector is not updated.

Expected behavior:
When changing enemy, the action field for the selected reaction should be changed to its current value.

Workaround: change the reaction type selector and the action is correctly updated.
