thanos: bump to latest and add thanosPrometheusCommonDimensions #1399

Description

This commit pulls latest changes from thanos mixins and sets thanosPrometheusCommonDimensions
to namespace, pod for k8s use case.

Refer thanos-io/thanos#4508 for more details.
