perf: improve color keyword sorting heuristic

Just noticed that the full web almanac data is available, so we can make a data-driven decision around our color-keyword list to sort them by actual usage in the wild. When we sort them by most-used, our color-keyword finding algorithm will run a tiny bit faster.
