ArgoCD reports the following:

Resource apiextensions.k8s.io/CustomResourceDefinition//resourcelockers.redhatcop.redhat.io appeared 2 times among application resources.

Possible cause:

component-resource-locker/class/resource-locker.yml

Remove manual installation of CRDs

We upgraded to a Kapitan version which supports Helm 3 charts in
Commodore v0.11.0. This change breaks compatibility of the component
with older Commodore versions.
