This PR fixes some issues in the service area server impl that where raised in reviews and on slack. here is a summary
MutableCharSpanwhere not using a reference in the function signature.Instance'sHandleSkipCurrentAreaCmdmethod.IsValidSupportedAreaand handled the missed case of themapIDbeing null when theSupportedMapsis not empty.
