The Silabs EFR32MG12 MCU family is now deprecated from the newly released Silabs SDK. It will remain on LTS with the previous SDK version.
Therefore, this family will not be natively supported by our Matter offering with Matter 1.4 and onward.
This PR removes all support and references of EFR32MG12.
