• Telink Factory Data fails to build after changes Generate test DAC/PAI bits for vendor ids 0xFFF2 and 0xFFF3, not just 0xFFF1 #25559.

Change overview

• Fix factory data build with correct certs.
• Handle building Lighting app with Factory Data feature by CI.
