Testing
Tested manually with chip-tool.
Steps:
Run: $ chip-tool pairing ble-thread <...>
Wait till success
Perform TC-OO-2.4 test from Draft_SVE2_TestPlanVerificationSteps_1.3.xlsx
Test passed
