[nrfconnect] Enable FPU and adjust stack sizes

Problem

FPU support is necessary to be able to use pre-compiled OpenThread libraries. Last time it was increased it caused stack overflows.

Change overview

Enable FPU and increase BLE RX thread stack.
By the way, remove the OpenThread stack size setting as it's set correctly, by default.

Testing

Tested commissioning and rotating device ID on hardware.
