Problem

• LaunchApp Request data argument is not OCTET_STRING as per spec.
• Launcher Response data argument is not OCTET_STRING as per spec.
• Media Playback start time should be EPOCH_US as per spec. (Rename media cluster commands & command arguments #13195 (comment))
• Media Playback commands should be optional as per spec. (Rename media cluster commands & command arguments #13195 (comment))
• Target Navigator command should be optional as per spec. (Rename media cluster commands & command arguments #13195 (comment))
• Target Navigator argument should be optional as per spec. (Rename media cluster commands & command arguments #13195 (comment))
