Fix MTROperationalCredentialsClusterAttestationResponseParams.attesta…

…tionChallenge on Darwin.

This got broken because we had no tests.

Also makes attestationChallenge work when invoking via the
MTRDevice/MTRBaseDevice interface, not just MTRCluster/MTRBaseCluster.
