Add all passing chip-repl yaml tests to CI along with some fixes requ…

…ired (#24597)

* Add all passing chip-repl yaml tests to CI

This will prevent future breakages like some recently added due to
incorrect naming.

* Address PR comment

* Address PR comment

* Remove test that is now failing

* Remove test that are no longer passing
