Making clearer what our methodology looks like for the websites measurements.
@dennis-tra: does the following sentence, which is currently under "Known Stable Providers" apply also to "Unique IPFS Website Providers per Day" more generally? The text needs a cleanup as it has become very verbose, so I just want to know for when I get to this.
"We gather the list of all providing peers every six hours from seven different vantage points with two different Kubo versions (see Tiros), and aggregate the distinct peers we have found."
