See build on TravisCI for the broken build, on master. I have not had time to fully investigate this, but since the failing test is on SauceLabs, I suspect something changed with the chrome browser.

For some reason there was no longer two tabs with chrome:// urls open when the message testing app was open. This meant the test for messaging to/from Privly applications failed, because there was no app to send messages to. I am working on a fix that explicitly opens a second privly application to exchange messages with.
