chore: Update dependencies

Some maintenance updates:

• Update http-content-range: Add a new error variant
• Update itertools, tower-http and rstest: No code change
• Update async-zip: Wants a tokio buf reader now, so we create one with capacity 0 to avoid extra requests.
• Add Cargo.lock to git: See changed guidance in https://blog.rust-lang.org/2023/08/29/committing-lockfiles.html
• Update to 0.8.1 for releasing the dependency updates
