- Added compatibility for MagePlaza OSC (from MagePlaza).

- Bugfix where a wrong shipping method name would occasionally be provided.
- Bugfix where mutations in the second address field wouldn't change the delivery dates.
- Fixed an issue where shipment fee's wouldn't be correctly applied to the Grand Total (Base).
