Ventura Armstrong is the Postman Open Technologies mascot. Their pronouns are they/them. They are a pentapus (an octopus with 5, sometimes 4, instead of 8 arms), with a space helmet and a superpower of being supportive. They are non-binary, but have love for all.

You are free to create custom versions of Ventura, as long as they don't violate our Code of Conduct. You can submit them as PRs to this repo, and if the maintainers find them fit the general Ventura theme, we will merge them into the collection.
While this project is ashared under the Apache 2.0 license (see license) all artwork in this repository is published under the Creative Commons NC SA 4.0 license. Please inform the maintainer of this repo if you distribute any modified versions of Ventura. They appreciate it.
Ventura Armstrong has been created in November 2022 by Shruthi Venka (Design Lead at Postman) after an idea by Jan Schenk (Open Tech Program Office Lead at Postman).
