Describe the solution you'd like

After building your image, we should still show parts of the welcome page documentation, for example... a small icon & a link to the documentation, so that the user does not get "lost" for help.

This was such a good idea that we ended up delivering it through a different path! With the navigation revamp through #886, the getting started/help information is now always visible on the Dashboard.
