Fixed issued with detecting Add-Ins and Azure ACS principals when more than 500 instances where found in a site collection
Introduced "Hybrid" Add-In type to indicate an Add-In is both SharePoint hosted (there's an app web) and provider hosted (there's an ACS principal)
Switched to non trimmed assembly embedding, which explains the increase in size
Improved debugging output when Assessment server process fails to start
Site collection enumeration is now multi-geo aware
