Open for review. Nothing to shocking in this PR. One item of note is the xml namespace in rss. Tested on my site (via feedburner) and all worked as expected. Biggest change is that feed is limited to 20 items -- very handy when you have a gazillion posts. |

Incorporates #157 from @dieyushi and #215 from @Miguelos. In a nutshell: limit RSS feeds to 20, correct some pathing issues, format timestamps, shorten TTL.
