Jekyll 2.5.x does not know what the --auto means. So 'jekyll serve --drafts' will be used instead.

@plusjade & @marshallshen, any thoughts? Seems like minor tweaks, but touches a core component, including change to command args. Trying to do some housekeeping while I have a little free time. |

Rakefile needs some refresh on some of the wording in this file. So, I made a updated version of it to make it cleaner. Discussion is welcome.
