BOM is not removed from first column header

Steps to reproduce:

• create a file injection model,
• import a file containing a BOM and having " chars surrounding header values.

Expected result:

First line header name should not be surrounded by " chars.

Actual result:

First line header name is surrounded by " chars, when other are not.
