Offer not just bug template on repo

Describe the bug
Currently you can only report a bug on the repo using a template. This might be great for bugs, but what if I find an enhancement to request or something else? Having the option of others might be useful and guide people easily at the start in their issue reporting.

Expected behavior
Offer more than just 'bug report' in the top level of any project.

Do you know of a project that has some good examples for different templates we could adapt?

Maybe the ones from Gutenberg? Or are they a bit "too advanced"?

The Gutenberg ones can be quite macro, but depending on what you want at least having bug, enhancement and security report to me is good. Unless you use other places for security reporting and have it clearly marked?
