Allow to disable library archiving #719

By default, PlatformIO Build System archives library objects to .ar archive. Will be good to have the ability to process library objects on the linker stage.

Build System API: BuildSources(env, variant_dir, src_dir, src_filter=None)
library.json option: build > libArchive = false
