  • @rosscrowhurst
  • Add a configuration flag to turn on/off intro features in the final GFF3. Turn it off by default as intron inclusive GFF3s don't work with WebApollo.

This may be another solution for WebApollo users:

grep -P -v "\t(intron|stop_codon|start_codon)\t" in.gff3 > out.gff3
