When opening a project that has many layers, the layer list box starts scrolled to the top, while the active layer may be out of view of the list box. This can be confusing and frustrating. I propose that upon opening a project, selecting a layer, or creating a layer, the layers list box be scrolled so that the current layer is in view, preferably smoothly rather than in a single leap.
