  1. What did you do?

I deployed tidb cluster with tiflash-server standalone one node . I find there is no nodeexporter configuration in prometheus.yml

  1. What did you expect to see?
    I expect to see nodeexporter instance in tiflash-server's host in grafana dashboard.

  2. What did you see instead?
    I saw there is no show of instance nodeexporter in tiflash-server host.

  3. What version of TiUP are you using (tiup --version)?
    v1.3.1 tiup
    Go Version: go1.13
    Git Branch: release-1.3
    GitHash: d51bd0c
