What did you do?

like pingcap/tidb#37241

"create table `test`.`t1` (name varchar(20) CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_bin)",

will become

"CREATE TABLE `test`.`t` (`name` VARCHAR(20) CHARACTER SET UTF8MB4 COLLATE utf8mb4_general_ci COLLATE utf8mb4_bin)",
