Issue Number: ref #7576, ref #7605

Problem Summary:

What is changed and how it works?

• Add some logging to locate the bug of TiFlash with s3 request result is not correct under disagg arch #7576
• Disable storage.s3.enable_http_pool by default to workaround Queries may be blocked forever when poco session pool is enabled under disagg arch #7605
