Add MemoryUsage() for

  • PhysicalTableReader
  • PhysicalIndexReader
  • PhysicalIndexMergeReader
  • PhysicalIndexLookUpReader

Why not add the function MemoryUsage() (sum int64) to the PhysicalPlan interface?
Then we can accumulate their memory usage like sum += p.tablePlan.MemoryUsage().
