Start a cluster with a recent build (after #45877 was merged)

tiup playground nightly

Run the TiFlash test alter_exchange_partition.test

sh run-test.sh fullstack-test2/ddl/alter_exchange_partition.test

2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

Success

3. What did you see instead (Required)

  Result:
    Code: 32. DB::Exception: Attempt to read after eof: while receiving packet from 127.0.0.1:9100
