'current_date' cause wrong result when using plan-cache

  `a` int(11) DEFAULT NULL,
  `b` date DEFAULT NULL
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8mb4 COLLATE=utf8mb4_bin

insert into t values('1','2023-06-30');
set tidb_enable_non_prepared_plan_cache=on;
select * from t where b=current_date();

Empty set (0.00 sec)

Prepared statements have the same problem:

prepare st from 'select * from t where b=current_date();';
execute st;

[qw4990]
