1. Minimal reproduce step (Required)

  1. Create a partition table and load data.
  2. Create an index in ingest mode.
  3. ADMIN SHOW DDL JOBS and check the row_count.

2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

The row count should be accurate.

3. What did you see instead (Required)

It only counts the last partition of the table.

4. What is your TiDB version? (Required)
