/?%2E causes a server crash with winston-mongodb.

Related issue: #118 (reported by @johnjelinek)

Temporary solution to fix this error:

Comment out all lines where winstonMongoDB appears in server/winston.js to disable logging to MongoDB.

Blocked by the issues at winstonjs/winston-mongodb#32 and bithavoc/express-winston#25.

Disabled the use of winston-mongodb by default until #119 is fixed.
