Hello, Flutter_inappwebview 6.1.5 does not work on Windows 7. Is there a solution?

I downloaded the Flutter_inappwebview project to my computer disk and changed the environment to

sdk: ^3.3.0
flutter: ">=3.19.0"

Then generate the program and run it on the Windows 7 system, reporting the following error.
