Design-Improvements in Markdown for hr, blockquote and table

- hr: Gets a little more space up and down, making it easier to split content visually.
- blockquote: Removes the left margin, making it more consistent. Adding more space at the top and bottom.
- table: Tables are now no longer displayed over the full width - but only as wide as the table needs.
