vscode-languageserver-node is released under the MIT License, which requires that any derivative works (including transpiled PHP code) be distributed with the copyright and license notices included.

These notations are copied from:

Do we need to include an own licence in addition to the Msft one?

Of course you can add your own licenses too.

One style is to simply concatenate the license in the same file.

You can also split these sections into separate files, like LICENSE and LICENSE-THIRDPARTY.

However, these files should not be removed with export-ignore.
