PHP Coding-style fixer config not required for package installation. Similarly with the changelog.md, the history of changes can be viewed in git.

Hi @KarelWintersky , No, it’s merged into the 3.x development branch, which will include some major changes and breaking updates. We could merge it into 2.x and issue a patch release, but personally, I don't think it's that critical. It would only save a few kilobytes in your Composer vendor folder. Could you elaborate on why this is so important for you? |
