Missing 'value-as-integer' option

Hello,

Is it possible to add the value-as-integer option since your package is using the Vue-Currency-Input?

I am handling currencies trough dinero.js which uses integers instead of floats or decimals.

If this is not possible, I will close this issue

Hi,

The component v-currency-field use vue-currency-input 1.11.4, but the option value-as-integer is avaliable only on newer version. I need update vue-currency-input version on project and test if the update dont break the component.
