Dragging a neutron upward moves the "My Isotope" text

On the Make Isotopes screen, taking a neutron from a bucket and dragging it upward, above the atom, moves some text around:

Tested on 1.0.0-dev.5 with Win 8.1 Chrome, iPad 2 iOS 9.2 & 9.3 beta (Witten & Tycho). For phetsims/tasks#488.
