For phetsims/qa#505
On my Win 10 laptop on both Chrome 83.0.4103.61 and Firefox 76.0.1. I did not see the orbit path on the bottom state sim in phet-io. @loganbraywork has a Win 10 device and does see the path, and is making a separate issue for something he saw there. This makes me think it is something about my computer that caused this, but I'm unsure what. @samreid let me know what info about my device might help and I'll send it to you.

It may be specific Win 10 versions? I'm on v1909 and @loganbraywork just told me he is on v1903

In discussion with @arouinfar, we agreed: Since a client may want to create an initial condition with a pre-existing path, this should be addressed before next dev version.
