Per @kathy-phet's request in phetsims/qa#295 I am making issues in each published sim repo detailing the pointer areas and usability of sims on phone sized screens. Done on an iPhone 7 iOS 12 device.

phetsims/sun#500 would support asymmetric dilation of the ExpandCollapseButton but that isn't necessary here.

@jbphet looks like there's plenty of room to dilate the touch areas a bit, as proposed in green.

I have expanded the touch areas a little bit. I increased them from 5 to 8. Here is what it looks like in master.
